Started by James Edsall Sr. in the early 1980's, we are proud to be a family owned and operated business, founded in Indiana, employing Hoosiers with a long and successful history in the towing industry. In the late 90's Last Chance was awarded the Abandoned Vehicle contract thus starting the relationship with the City of Indianapolis, a strong and longstanding partnership that is still in effect today. We have been operating the Abandoned Vehicle Division on behalf of the City of Indianapolis for over 12 years and we have been a franchise towing vendor for the City of Indianapolis since 2001. We also have operated a centralized call center for over 10 years on behalf of our great city supporting the Abandoned Vehicle Program.
